Our catering services revolve around using in season, local produce. We use produce and meat from the farm and supplement with items from other local farmers.
Jimbo Irvin is the head chef for our catering operation. He attended the Culinary Institute of America at Hyde Park, NY and has been catering barbecue since he was in high school. He has a decade of experience cooking barbecue. His focus is on highlighting in season produce and southern food tradition with dishes that highlight more than just the meat.
