Growing Practices
All of the produce at Snapfinger Farm is grown using sustainable practices. The soil is tested and amended using compost, mineral supplements, and other nutrients. The produce is not sprayed with any herbicides, pesticides, or chemical fertilizers. Crops are rotated and fields are cover cropped to maximize soil fertility and control erosion.

Community Supported Agriculture
We sell our produce directly to our customers with our CSA program. CSA members receive a weekly share of fresh, in season vegetables. Before they receive their share they get a list of what they will be getting that week with recipe ideas and updates on the farm. CSA members are more than customers, they are sharing in the risk and rewards of the farm. When we have an abundance of something the members share in that abundance, and when there is a crop failure they will know why they are not getting that crop. The CSA program allows us to grow a wider variety of crops and be secure for the season. In exchange the members are the number one priority for the farm.

If you are interested in the CSA program please visit the Contact Us page.

Restaurants
In addition to direct sales to CSA members, we provide produce to local restaurants. If you are an interested restaurant Contact Us to be added to our weekly availability and pricing list.
