Rahul Anand started Snapfinger Farm in 2016 on 14 acres just outside of Atlanta. We took horse pastures and turned them into vegetable fields, built a walk-in cooler, wash station, hoop houses and more. We farm using sustainable methods with no herbicides and minimal organic pesticides (and are Certified Naturally Grown). We harvest mostly by hand and keep a diverse rotation of crops. If you have any questions about our growing practices, just ask!
Carson White started dating Rahul just as he was starting the farm. Carson, an accomplished baker, immediately fell in love with the farm life. While continuing a career in baking, she began to help out on the farm whenever she could. Realizing their skills and industries were complementary Carson opened The Bakery at Snapfinger Farm in 2019 in addition to taking over the production of all value-added goods.
